Went work late today, damn tired /: . From th day i started to work this job, i don't have enough sleep. Yes, sleep early. But whenever i ly on my bed, i can't get in to sleep.Yes, close eyes. I did try, but when i close my eyes, i will anyhow think some stuff *personal. Yes, count sheep. It doesn't work. What am i gg to do next? Can anyone tell me a useful method? Zzz.
